Yes, we have public liability insurance to cover any damage or injury caused during the cleaning services.

No, it’s not necessary for you to be home as long as we have access to the property. Many of our clients provide access through a key or a secure lockbox.

Our standard working hours are between 08:00 - 18:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, if a project requires different working hours, this can be discussed and arranged in advance to accommodate your needs.

We use high-quality, store-bought cleaning products that are effective for a variety of cleaning tasks. If you have any specific preferences or requests for particular cleaning products, we are happy to discuss this beforehand to accommodate your needs.

We accept payments via bank transfer or cash Payments, directly after the cleaning service, or you can pay upfront. Please check out our Terms and Condition page

Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we will come back within 24 hours to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

We just ask that you put away personal belongings and valuables. We’ll take care of everything else, including providing our own cleaning supplies.
